Deception followed by insult

I ordered colopure also. Then contacted my doctors to see if i could take anything and was advised not to. Well anyway i went to cancel before the order arrived and check my bank account first, only to discover that i was charged 45.85 i thought just human error! No! They did indeed meant to charge me that amount because of a pre-clicked option for something else. Reptable companies do not hide behind things like that. They also did not include a subtotal nor sent me a receipt including the amount i was to be charged. Clearly a deceptive practice on their part.

It took and hour and 15 minutes the first time to speak with someone. Repeatly reminded me that she prides her self in being a good customer care operator. I ask to speak to her superior she answer that she was the superior and there was 300 operators there and there was no time for her to her my claim. I asked her if she takes pride in her company why is she using deceptive ways to take money that was not authorized she replied that she had to get of this call now and hung up on me.

I am currently on hold again because she did not give me a cancellation no. And it has now been 30 minutes so far. Please make aware the credit companies so that this will end.
