Wrong medication

The physician recommended Promethazine-Codeine Syrup. I had been provided easy Promethazine Syrup.

I could not realize why the cough syrup wasn't successful till I looked over the tag and recognized it didn't study "Codeine". After I named these were really apologetic and questioned me to create within the container so that they might correct the error.

My problem is "imagine if they'd provided me anything I had been sensitive to?" I Would sure prefer to observe some kind of dual - or multiple - check completed on these medicines.
