Phony "Trial Offer"

The "fine print" in their "Trial Offer" states if you will be signed up for "Preferred Customer Program" and charged $69.95 per month (until cancelled) for their product.

The product made me ill, so I called to cancel, got a cancellation confirmation code, and still got charged the $69.95. Now they can't find the cancellation code to reverse the charge. They put me on hold and then dropped me off hold three times today to look for my file, do research, etc.

Further, they haven't sent any product (I wouldn't use it if they did). They shouldn't be able to unilaterally sign you up for a "Preferred Customer Program".

Visa must know about this company, because their fraud detection department called me the day after the charge hit my card.

Stay away from this company.
