Charged multiple times for products I never received, would not cancel, impossible to reach

I ordered a risk free trial for $4.95. It said if I didn't like the product then within 2 weeks I could cancel.

I received the first trial pack, decided I didn't like it, attempted to cancel and could not reach anyone. Anytime I sent an email, it was ignored. I called customer service and I was told by an automated message that I would be placed on hold for 45 minutes.

I have been charged monthly, once for $35.95 and another time for $44.90, and I haven't received the product that I supposedly should get a refill of every month.

I had to call my bank and they said they would try to stop the payments but there's no guarantee it will work. Apparently this company has multiple names it works under.
