Keep on sending product/when i did't order it

Once they delivered you the merchandise and also you delivered it back they ask you for 15% for restocking charge. I wrote them a notice and informed them-not to deliver me the product plus they delivered it to me again. The corporation isn't a great organization to complete business with. It got me a time to remain about the telephone to hold back in order for them to speak with.
