I was a victim of a free trial scam. I accepted the offer to receive a free trial of Total Cleanse capsules, only paying for shipping and handling. I used my credit card to pay for the shipping and handling, and that gave this company an opportunity to charge me for future shippings that I did not agree to. I did not have the first shipment for 2 weeks when I was charged almost $80 for the next shipment! When I saw the charge on my online statement, I immediately tried to contact Total Cleanse, only to find that the number doesn't actually connect to anyone! The capsules never even worked or did anything for me, so I had no intention of ordering more. I never had an opportunity to let them know that I was not interested. If you go to the website, there are no other phone numbers or e-mail addresses to contact, so I was forced to dispute the charge on my card. It was a total ripoff!!!
