JD Marvel Products ripoff business from hell

My father is legally blind and can hardly hear. He sent off for a hearing enhancer two months ago and has not received it yet.
I have e-mailed this company and no response. My parents cannot afford to be giving money away to people who rip others off which is exactly what this company has done.
I hope the BBB gets involved in this issue.
