Called Me A Chicken Farmer & To Go Brush My One Tooth Since I Live In Delaware

I was looking for health insurance and went to einsurance.com. This guy Mark Daly called me relentlessly, pressuring me to make a decision about insurance. Finally, I took the time to talk to him about his company. He kept telling me the plan covered 80% of doctors visits, etc., and $10, $25, $50 for prescriptions. I signed up with him ($260) that would be fully refunded if not satisfied and the plan is month to month. Needless to say, I was not satisfied and called to get a refund. I called the number I was given and a recording came on telling me to call back at non-peak times (like I know what they are) and I was disconnected. I called back again and clicked the number as if I was interested in enrolling, I got straight through to Mark Daly. I told him I wanted to cancel my policy and he stated he was connecting me to the bookkeeping office. A man named Ken Stein answered and I told him I wanted to cancel my policy. I told him what Mark Daly stated as benefits and he denied this was true and the conversation was recorded (only my voice was recorded). I was informed I do not get a refund so I will have to cancel my credit card.

When I told Ken Stein that Mark Daly fraudulently presented their company benefits to me, I was called a liar and I should tend to my chickens. Since there is nothing but white trash that lives in delaware, I don't know what I'm talking about and that I should go brush my one tooth. I stated that I live in Delaware close to Pennsylvania and he (Mr. Stein) called me a liar and said I didn't live in delaware. I do live in Delaware, northern Delaware. I also said chicken farmers live in southern Delaware. He also stated he was a christian man and didn't have to listen to my white trash mouth. What a way to run a business. I've never had anyone talk to me in this manner.

Needless to say, I will be reporting CHBA to whomever I can. I learned an expensive lesson. I need to check these companies out before doing business with them now that I know where to do this.
