I would like to know why iam always being hasseled to up grade my member ship, also being a long term client assigned to a pernonal trainer, whay is the reason after being a long term client and investing a lot of money with them they always never want to give me any deals, goood prices specials also there is this big day called closeout and i am being hasseled also on this certain day.

Also i want to know why the personal trainers always seem to not at all represent any fittness ideal these trainers are not even average or the elite type i would expect when investing this expensive training it seems they hire any one who is just breathing. I also want to know your opinon on this.

The training sessions are structured as follows 56$ for 18 sessions, 58$ FOR 12,56$ FOR 6. THIS DOES NOT EVEN MAKE ANY SENSE TO ME.

There is this gig called the 245 program the sell you on this menue plan, then they try to load you down on all these supplements from 147.00 to 245.00

I wonder who has really had incredible or really great results. There are these people with no dress code, colored hair, earings and it seems everbody is the ol run of the mill type.

Also i hear, the trainers get shafted a lot to and get a sorry deal.

I am not speaking for all the trainers, only the elite ones with class, the highly motivated, intelligent, very creative, personable ones. Please i would apriciate your insight, and experiences on this.
