Can't Cancel Account or Shipments

I named Sept 23rd 2008 to stop my bill with Chaz Dean "Wen Haircare" items. I talked with Mark. He explained I'd not be billed any more & actually offered me a RMA number to come back the undesirable item. Because that day I've been billed twice for that regular charge of $29.95. I tried again to contact them nowadays to stop my purchases AGAIN, however the telephone rings once then would go to active. I've needed to place an end pay at my lender for this cost. Watch out for the corporation!
