Misrepresented on type of Insurance I was being sold for an outrageous premium

I was sold this insurance as a major insurance plan for our family. My husband is court ordered to carry insurance on his child. It was made to sound like just what we needed. Boy is that ever a joke.

We are not ever sick so we never had to really use the insurance but when we did I found out that this is one of the worst decisions I have ever mad in my life.
Not only have the premium gone up about 40% but this insurance has not paid more than $50 total on all claims in the past three years.

I just recently found out that this company is not actually a health insurance plan but a discount plan. When we were sold this junk we were led to believe it is a 80/20 insurance but what the salesman failed to inform me is that when we go to the doctor it pays only 80% of the allowable of $50, it does not pay for nothing really.

When I had my annual female physical I had to pay $1600.00 out of my pocket, this insurance paid $000.00.
If I would have not had this insurance and we would have been saving this money in a savings account I sure would have a lot more money.

We have probably paid over $10,000 out of our pocket for this worthless piece of paper we hav.

This company is so bad that the man that sold us this mess is no longer selling it. He found out that it is worthless.

I would rather be uninsured that throw anymore of our money away. To bad there is nothing we can do to get our money refunded. Believe me there is no satifaction guarantee.
