The company sent me product that I did not want and charged me twice for unwanted product

I sent off for a free trail of Pom Clear and Hoodiastar, which was sent to me two weeks after ordering. On arrival of products, other products were sent along with trial offers these items I paid full price for so approximately 90 dollars was withdrawn for my account with out my permission. I called the company to make them aware of the overages and spoke with a supervisor who assured me that I would be refunded half my money, and to keep all product and try for the next two weeks to see if I liked. $40 dollars was refunded to me. Five days later another $90 dollars was withdrawn from my account, then two days later my account was hit again with the same charges. At this time I have not been able to get another live operator on the phone and my Emails are still unanswered. This is the most expensive
Dietary products that I've ever tried for free. Messages of cancilation have been called in, but still no corresspondence from company.
