Blue Shield Of California HMO - Individual Coverage BS. HMO will NOT give proper MRI tests I desperately need: But WILL take my $499/month!

What a money scam! Insurance companies making WAY TOO MUCH MONEY on sick and disabled people. That is the lowest of lows to make a buck! God help their greedy souls!
I have had major spine, rib cage and torn waist-area problems and injuries from hard work and sports activities and my Blue Shield does not seem to want to approve any MRI'S or the other proper testing to find out exactly what my problems are. I pay $499/month for individual ins. For about 4 years now and I am now hooked on Vicodin! Everytime I try to tell my primary doctors (if that's what you want to call these people; I've tried 6 different ones!) the severe pain I am having, they just "blow-me-off" and give me pills! How convenient and money saving for them all!
It seems to me that the doctor's must be getting some kind of bonus not to give the more expensive tests that people NEED to get the right diagnosis and so I can do the PROPER treatment plan to heal.
I am only a 40 yr. Old woman who is an ex-athlete who can't work, enjoy any fun activities, have a baby, have any dignity and has been stuck at home, laying on my side on my bed most of the time because of SEVERE pain in my lower-back rib cage area. I can barely lift my torso up from bending!!! I can tell I have torn muscles and ligaments and now nerves are getting involved lately.
I haven't had a life for 4 years now and they don't care! I'm starting to worry about my liver now, too. I'm sick of being ignored for $499/month! (But they gladly take my money every month! Hmmmm.) I always end up leaving the doctor's office, usually crying because of yet ANOTHER rejection and "blow-off" to help me. They are making me very depressed. Anyone else having this kind of problem??
