Equal healtj scam! Terminated me with no kind of explanation!

I am writing abut (equal health) hhmm not as equal as you would think. From the very beginning I should have known something wasnt right with this company... 1st of all they lied about the job description telling me the company was very stable and has been around for years!!! Yea 4!!! The company barely holds a team of 20!!! I was told that the job would only be incoming calls from clients who currently didnt have any kind of medical coverage and were calling us to enroll.

After the interview process I found out that we were to do cold calling and trying to set up any and everyone with this bogus healthcare plan for $79 wich didnt cover anything! They wanted us to do and say anything and everything we could to meet thier quota so they could stay in business!!! I was there for 2 weeks! I was told that there was a 3 week training period! From the very begining the floor manager never told me I had to make sales he said only to listen in the first 3 days wich I did. The next week I had made 6 sales in 2 days and was terminated with no kind of logical reason whatsoever!!! The man couldn't even look me in my face!!!

Basically his reason was the CEO of the company said the same drive I had the 2nd week is the same drive they wanted to see the first week of training! I hope this company goes out of business they are a scasm and I hate they waisted my time and left me with no income. I am a single parent and basically they said oh well maybe your last employer can hire you back!!!

To every and anyone considering this health care plan or looking for a place for employment please dont waist your time!!!
