Free tweezer sharpening in 3 weeks. How about 12 weeks and rude on the phone, too?

Tweezerman tweezers (cost $20) are the very best for getting those little unwanted hairs, so I've been buying them for years.in the past, when they need sharpening, I've replaced them, but lately, being more economical, I decided to take advantage of their free sharpening service and sent a pair in on August 5 - they promise to return sharpened tweezers within 3 weeks of receipt.

It is now October 11 and I do not yet have my tweezers back, though I called several times, being told each time that they were "ready to be shipped". The last time I was told they were going out was on September 9. I called again on September 19, when they had not arrived. On this date, the woman who answered yelled at me, saying "They had a hurricane, they aren't even working, we don't know when they'll be back to work." I informed her that the tweezers should have been shipped, prior to the hurricane. She responded, "Well, they weren't and there's nothing you can do about it." She then hung up on me!

I called again yesterday, October 10 and was told they were finally sent out on October 7. So the jury is still out.
