I bought a bio-electrifier, also called a plant growth stimulator, off Wayne Green in August. A month later the wire to the battery had come loose, so I sent it back to him to have it repaired.

It is now January and I have yet to get it back. I have called and emailed repeatedly and he says that he it will be repaired and sent back, but it never arrives. I spent a $155 on the electrifier and then $30 for two replacement wires to replace a wire that went dead. Still I can't used them if I don't have the electrifier.
