Wu-Yi Tea
Charged my card more then I agreed, Missleading, Enrolled me in progras without my permission

Health & Medicine

Wu Yi took my credit card number that I had only consented to pay for shipping of a free sample and gave it out to their affiliates to enroll me in programs and charge my card membership fees I was never made aware of!

Two months ago I was on Craigslist browsing the free section. Some girl was claiming to be giving away weight loss tea. After I e-mailed her she said it went fast but they give free samples on the website. I was kind of suspicious she really worked for them and was some kind of promoter, but I figured with a free sample, why not. The wrest I thought I would deal with is them selling my e-mail address and getting spammed or having telemarketers call me. Then the last page asked for me to provide my credit card number because I had to pay for shipping. Fair enough.

That is ALL I consented to paying for!

Then I received a large package and it had a sixty day supply. I realized the trick was they must be hopping you will forget to cancel and send it back after the 14 day trial. On day ten, my credit card was charged 59.99 without my consent. I called them and canceled it but then they said I had to ship it back to get the money refunded. I did send it back and they did give me the money.

It doesn't end there!

A month after I received a 4.95 charge for "web access" and then a month after a charge for 9.95 for "membership fee." I Luckily my Chase card employess extreamly helpful customer service reps, who called both numbers and made them cancil my enrollment and refund the money. Both were affiliates of Wu Yi that I NEVER consented to being charged for or enrolled in.
