Eco-friendly Sanitary Pad alternative manufacturer not keeping promise of 100% money back guarantee

Four months ago I purchased two 'Keepers' for my wife and daughter to try. The concept is neat—save the environment by not filling up landfills with used tampons—and the product seemed to be well made, however we only tried the product because of the 'three month try out period' with the '100% money back guarantee'.

After a month, my wife and daughter both decided the product was not for them—too uncomfortable to use—and I followed the return directions by mailing back the product to the 'The Keeper, Inc'.

After a month of not hearing anything, I followed up with with emails since the only phone number was for an answering service that 'only takes orders'. After several emails, I got a response saying that my emails would be forwarded to 'the credit department'. After another month and more emails from me with no reply back, I tried faxing to the fax number on their web site asking for a refund, or at least a phone number to the 'credit department'.

Finally I sent an email saying that if I didn't hear back, I was going to have to go online and post asking for help wherever I could get it.
