Over-charges / false information

Doctor. Califf's insurance woman explained I'd need to spend cash "in advance" for dental function to be achieved for my boy and myself, despite the fact that we'd protection through the town. I settled entirely with two charge cards, simply to discover soon afterwards (by my insurance provider), that I'd over-paid by nearly $400.00. I attempted for 2 weeks to obtain a credit on my charge cards, however the insurance woman would not return my calls, "did not have my graph", or "would need to contact me back." I eventually visited the charge card organization with the paperwork and confirmation of costs due from me in the insurance company. They, consequently, acknowledged back the over-charges onto my cards.in those days, all my households balances were resolved. (Doctor. Califf had actually telephoned me on my cell to see me of the overcharges, and "his workplace might reduce me a check or whatever I needed". (at this time, it had been resolved from the charge card business.

Today, over annually later, I obtained a declaration with accumulated overdue fees onto it for $374.20 for all those same overcharges, using the risk when the declaration was not compensated within 3 times, these were likely to transform it to a group company. I telephoned Dr. Califf's workplace instantly, and AGAIN provided the runaround, "need to contact you back", "Doctor. Califf is not here", "the insurance woman is not here", ect.

Our other problem; Dr. Califf explained my child had 3 cavities and would need to ask them to stuffed. ("girls in the table may plan you"), and he explained all my top molers were damaged. ("We Will need to possibly limit these".). I modified dentists soon afterwards, so when I told him what Dr. Califf had stated, he explained my child had NO cavities, WITH NO my molars had no breaks and were good. Our issue is that this: Is Dr. Califf performing needless focus on his individuals and overcharging them these quantities heis assume to create down since heis within the community? (it was apparent he was carrying this out in my experience... Just how many others? Just how many of seniors who're quickly cheated, and just how much pointless function had been done? 09a3b
