Outrageous non disclosed shipping and handling fees

In late August I ordered one set of orthotics through their websight. They made it difficult not to order other things but I perservered and thought I had oversome the annoying add-ons.

On 9/2 I got an email from them: We have received your order from the WalkFit.com website and it will be processed shortly. Standard time frame for delivery is 3-4 weeks, although most in-stock items will be shipped within the next 7-10 business days. Rush orders will arrive within 5-10 business days. All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. I made a call when I did not have the order on 9/19 and noticed my 29.9 orthotics $9 gels cost me59.34.inlcuding a 9$ RUSH shipping fee and regular 24.85 shipping (not noted when I ordered).

The person i spoke to was polite but basically told me tough luck. I file this report in hopes of savign others from making this mistake. They did arrive on the 20th of September. They advise that they fit in loose shoes! Try shoes at least 1 size too big. I took the liners out of my running shoes and they are still too tight. An expensive lesson.
