Injured during the course of employment loading freezers and packing heavy orders 1999 Dothan

I am currently unemployed following injuries to my lower back after many years of repetitive heavy lifting, many years in shipping and packing production and loading freezer units with ice. My injuries include Bulge Disk L5-S1 and muscle spasms. Underwent 6 Facet injections and 2 levels of RF-Ablation, 21 X-Rays, an MRI on 12 and treatment by two different Chiropractors. And somehow the fine folks at SRS Specialty Risk Services stalled and denied my claim in 2008. When we get to court "Treva" you can tell me where it happend if not at work! Aetna Insurance ST disability out of Lexington, KY. Is out to lunch also and I am waiting to here frrom them. I will update this report if there is any changes good or bad.
