Charged my debit care $88.67 for a full month of teeth whitener without my permission. The cancellation was misleadind. I send back and received no refund

I ordered a trial sample of teeth whitener. The product hurt my teeth. I was then charged $88.67 for the full product on my debit card and I did not authorize them to do so. The cancellation of the new month product was misleading - check a small square which I did not see. I did not authorize this company to pull money out of my debit card account. I sent the product back and demanded a full refund. It has been 6 weeks and I have not received anything from them and I have emailed them numerour times.
