Rip off by Dave Ryan with phony Easyacuslim diet gadget Miami, Panama City, Florida

On November 27, Dave Ryan wrote to me asking me if I would partner with him in distributing his Diet gadget Easyacuslim for $997. I sent a personal check of $997 to him via Miama to Panama where he lives. It took five months before I finally received the product, after several e-mails asking him to return my money. He made so many excuses about the gadgets being held up in Customs etc. The contract agreement I signed with him said "30 Day Investment Guarantee. Get my start up pack, which includes 10 of my products and all marketing materials and business set up Fast Start Guide. Study it, test, and use if for 30 days. Then if you deide it is not for you return everthing for a full refund. I will even let you keep one of the products for free, as long as you promise to taell your friends where to buy one when they see it."

After five months of waiting, the products finally arrived in April. I used one of them to check that it does work before I market them. Unfortunately, the product didn't work as he said it would. I e-mailed him several times telling him this and that I was returning the 9 unused easyacuslim to his supply center in CA. He asked me to send the 30-day back money guarantee agreement with him. He couldn't even remember he had said this. I scanned it and e-mailed it to him over two months ago. He has not responded to any of my e-mails asking him to honor the contract agreement and send me a refund. All my e-mails have fallen on deaf ears. I badly need my funds back to pay my credit card which I told him, but he has no heart like some of the others said. I trusted him as a fellow countryman. He seems to be ripping off many people with various programs. Please help us stop him.

I have concluded that Dave Ryan is a crook and he needs to be stopped. He keeps sending out these postcards about other businesses and scamming other people. I received another one of them yesterday. He in an Englishman who is hiding out in Panama, and stealing from people here in the USA. The Panama government needs to know this and I will be filling a complaint with them also. He is not an honourable businessman to do business with. Please warn others not to get involved with this man.
