DO NOT BUY (Hidden charges will haunt you)

As reported prior to my report, this company has many hidden charges that I was not aware of until I read the reports here in complaint! I just received my product today. I found out that there was an extra charge of $4.95 for the tips that I did not want nor was I asked if I wanted them and I was signed up for a subscription to the Living Lean Program that I did not want. The first time that I called there were "technical difficulties". I called my bank and sure enough... There was an additional $4.95 charge for the tips. Wu-Yi promises that this will be refunded in 7 to 10 business days. I have to do many things to return their product including calling them back with a tracking number so that I am not charged $59.95 on September 4. They told me that I had to call the Living Lean Program. Living Lean does not have an account for me yet so now I have to call them back daily to cancel the subscription or they will charge me $19.99 on September 22. WHY OH WHY didn't I find this website first! Could have saved myself a lot of pain. The product is going back tomorrow unopened.
