I can not cancel this auto ship of this product that does not work

I have no email address for this product. I signed up for a trial only and they leep sending it and charging me alot. I keep calling the number and never get connected to a person. There appears to be no way to cancel the autoship.

If any one can help me resolve this please let me know.
