Ordered trial of "Pure Acai Berry" for $4.95 then noticed transaction on my debit account for not only $4.95 but $74.95

I placed an online order for trial of Acai Berries at cost of $4.95. When checking my debit card account I saw $4.95 charge followed a few days later
by a $74.95 charge. I received a bottle of 60 capsules 2 weeks after the $74.95 charge. I was so confused and could not understand why the payment had been withdrawn and why I was receiving the capsules which I had NOT ordered. There is not an invoice or anything showing how to contact this company. The bottle has a website on the label - www.PureAcaiBerries.com. There doesn't seem to be any such website. No phone number or address to reach the company. The USPS First Class package it was mailed in has only Performance Health USA LLC, PO Box 971090, Orem, UT 84097.

How can I prevent future withdrawals? I will be contacting my bank tomorrow morning but I am not sure they can do anything to help.

I hope someone has suggestions for stopping these crooks. I am willing to do whatever I can to put them out of business.
