In April of this year I order the am/pm weight loss pills for 4.95. Then in May I received another order 84.90 and called and said I did not want them. I was told by th cust serv rep to send them back and there is a 20.00 restocking fee. I sent them back in their orginal envelope that same day. When my July bill came I called and asked about my credit and was told that I failed to put a certain number on my return. The number the customer service rep failed to give to me. I told them I sent them back and they said yes I did and they would request a refund.in Aug. They failed to give me a refund on credit call and they again tried to pull the no number on the return routine again. I said we discussed that already and she said well they were in the process of sending out refunds and I should get it. I called today and asked where my refund was and was told that it had been denied because I failed to put this certain number on the package and according to their rules (about returns that was in my original shipment), if I don't get a number from them before sending it back I don't qualify for the refund. I told him I was going to call the better business bureau and he said go ahead Jackie there knows his company well and I was in the wrong not them. So basically they got my money, they got their pills back and there is nothing I can do.
