Billed without permission

I ordered the free trial bottle of Acaiberry, and was sent another order that I did not ask for. After trying in vain to E-mail the company, I tried to call them. I called several numbers and either there was no answer, or a recording which was no help at all. I finally got through (on the seventh attempt) and was able to cancel. Their return policy states that I can only return goods that were shipped after I canceled.
