No product sent, e-mail undeliverable phone out of service, what a ripoff!

After seeing the products advertised on TV for several months, I checked out the website and placed an order for Passion-ZX on 10/20/02. The order was supposed to arrive in 2-4 weeks; it's now 8 weeks since and still no product. I tried to contact them at their customer support e-mail address, but it was returned as undeliverable. When I called their 800 number, it was no longer in service.

I'm pissed and I want justice now (a refund would be nice)! Let's get those bastards and show them they can't mess with the American consumer!!
