Nutritional Science Labs ARE A TOTAL SCAM

I tried a free trial with one of they're products and paid the 6.95 shipping and handling. The product did not work so I sent it back in the first of the next month. I live in Miami, FL and they're in Naples, FL at most it takes three days for them to get a package and that's pushing it. But they claim that they received it on the fifteenth being that the fifteenth was conveniently two days after the allotted time that they had for me to send them the product.

So to make a long story short they charged me a $49 dollars for a product that I don't even have and they won't give me the product or my refund so they pretty much stole 58 dollars from me including shipping and handling. They are a total scam do not do business with them you'll regret it for sure. The people at they're customer service center/area are completely incompetent. Not only do they not know how to help you they just won't even try. They are all like robots programmed to repeat the same thing over and over again no refund, no refund, no refund.

Let's not even start with their alleged management. I called them one time and I got a zombie like always. So she put me on the line with a Dianne which is supposedly a manager. The funny thing is that I called a the next day and the same voice same name (Dianne) answers the phone. She then said that she was going to transfer me to a manager so I asked aren't you a manager and she responded no. But you wouldn't guess who she transferred me to. YES! THE ZOMBIE.

So needless to say this company is a joke with a very bad ending, I wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy.
