Product does not work as advertised and they refuse to honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee!

I ordered a program called Love Beyond Belief from Nicole Whitney and Brad Yates. This was a download and included with the product description was the following:

100% satisfaction guaranteed.
We feel so confident about the value of the Love Beyond Belief Program that we guantee your satisfaction 100%.

I wrote to Nicole four times telling her that I was not happy with the program and would like a refund because after using the program a number of times there was no change.

This is her response:

Hello & apologies for the delay in our response - I'm still catching up on 1000s and 1000s and 1000s of emails after being away sick for a month...

Regarding refunds there aren't any per se on any instant digital download products simply because they are impossible to 'return' - once you have them you have them:) And the description on the love beyond belief webpage is extremely clear about what the product is.

Having said that we want everyone to be 100 % happy, though. So what I'd like to offer you is a 50- credit good for anything at any of my own websites.

I feel it is only fair to warn people that Nicole states: 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but does not believe in truth in advertising. It really is too bad that people are allowed to say anything they want in their advertisement and not honor their guarantee. Be warned! Whatever you buy from them you will be stuck with! Their guarantee is worthless!
