Rip off from a manufacture

I have been following with great interest about this comapny, Ionlineorder.com.
It is a puzzlement to me and others why the authorities have not done anything about the questionable practices of Ionlineorder.com.
As I se it. Ther has to be a perant company for this product (s). There adverisements on the internet has to be verified by ISP's, i.E. AOL, Yahoo, etc.
Isn't there a group, attorney, Federal agency that can find out where this company hails from?
I for one would like to see this enterprise brought to it's knees. There is no place in our society for rip off comapany's sucha Ionlineorder.com
