I have just come back from the post office having returned my FOURTH unsolicited package from these thieves. Nor have they refunded the money they have stolen from my bank account. I, too, am considering changing my back account, but I hate to go to the trouble when these jerks are in the wrong!

Has anyone been successful in getting your money back from them?
