Laser Perfect Gil Segev
Laser Perfect is a Scam USA Washington District of Columbia

I was working for a company called Laser Perfect. They were located in Mclean but recently moved to Vienna Virginia.

They have locations all over the US. The way they do this is; they will rent a room from a Spa, Drs Office, or Salon. They will have a nurse "tech"
go there a set amount of days a month to render services. This place is a HUGE scam. I was the Office Manager.

The corporate office is the office in... Vienna... There are only 2 sales people, 1 person that does accounting, the office manager, the market manager over the nurses "techs" schedules, and then the ONLY doctor, Gil Segev and his father Ari the regional manager. Each person in the office makes up a customer service name just in case problems arise (and they do).

Even the doctor, Gil has a customer service name "Dave". While I worked there I received numerous complaints from the BBB from several of the locations we have. Not to mention numerous law suites from patients being burned.

We also had a location in Tennessee but they shut down. After a year and a half I still had people calling trying to get their money back from packages they bought. I had many complaints from other cities about the cleanliness of their treatment.

I know Gil would use the same instruments on many different customers without cleaning them. I would have to go into the room after a patient and pick up bloody alcohol swabs he would leave laying around on the floor. People would buy Gift Certificates for loved ones online. We are not able to treat African American skin because our laser would burn that person. Once they would call to redeem their purchase, the sales staff would make them aware of this. However, Laser Perfect does not have a refund policy! So, these poor people would lose their thousands they purchased online. While I was working there I found out we were no longer able to use American Express because it was too customer friendly and we received charge backs from them all of the time. The only customer service they actually have is Gil's brother in New York. There is NO WAY you can call him. They will only tell you to email customer service and then you would never hear back from therm. They would also give you the option to be transferred. This would only give you a recording. Many times while I worked people would run around the office and say do not answer a certain number (we had caller ID) because they wanted their money back.

If you did not make it to your appointment they would forfeit one of your actual treatments and a lot of people were never made aware of this.

Once they had you they had you. On their web site it says that only nurses are the ones that do the procedures, but this is not true. One lady does it in Vienna that was hired to do accounting. Another is just a college student and nursing is NOT her major. Then one of the sales people. I would love for you to investigate these locations and see how many complaints they have against them. I feel so sorry for the patients because when they purchase packages, and it is not chump change! Mind you, these locations are not Laser Perfect. They are, like I said, doctor's offices, salons, or spas. I ordered all of the supplies for each location.

I could not have the supplies sent directly to the location because you have to have a Medical Director to sponsor each location. A lot of doctors did NOT want to be associated with Laser Perfect so they would not sign off.

So, then I would have to have the items sent to us then to the location. I would also order PPC which they use in their Lipo Dissolve injections. It has to be sent over night because it has to be kept cold. When I would receive it; it would be packed in dry ice. Gil would leave the PPC out for DAYS at a time and then re-use them after being left out. One of the actual nurses that does works there would come in and throw all the PPC out because she was so worried about the affects it would have on the patients since it had been at room temperature for so long.

I know if you ask throughout these locations you will get hundreds of people telling you what I am telling you. I feel the public should know. I started work there on January 28 and I can get at least 5 people that has quit since then to vouch for what I am saying. I along with several other previous employees are filing a civil suit against Gil Segev (Laser Perfect) due to the fact they will not pay us our final pay checks.

I should have known if they are going to screw their patients they would screw their help! Please call the Better Business Bureau and check them out for the location you are going too. Also make sure they don't turn the setting up so high to the point you are paying them to BURN YOUR SKIN!
