Dangerous and Inefective Product Marketed as Colon Cleanse

I purchased a product called Bowtrol Colon and Parasite Cleanser that is marketed as a safe and effective colon cleanser. After using the product exactly as directed for a full week I suffered from severe diarrhea, cramps and general gastric distress. I requested a refund from the company and was told "We do not accept returns on products that have been opened". It is truly outrageous that a company that sells a product that causes such dangerous side effects refuses to stand behind it.
