Did Not Receive Medication NOR a Refund When Requested Internet

I ordered phentermine from presidentrx.com in April spending $319. A month later, they sent an email about whether it had been received or not, which I thought was great customer service. No, I had not received my order. So, they resent it — even though I did not ask them to. But, I figured that was fine & I would be receiving it soon.

This week, I should have received my order. I contacted customer service - do not try to call. No one answers. But, they do have the live chat. I requested a full refund. I did not want them to resend the product - I definitely had my suspicions at this point. (Their website does say 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed). Customer service told me they would forward it on my request for a refund to their billing department.

Today, I got the following email response (notice the many typos):

"We can refund you it will take longer because of the reason that is explained bellow, it will take it a few weeks, we can also try and reship your order again, please let us know what to do.

Due to circumstances beyond our control we regret to inform you that the credit card processor is not allowing us to process any refunds at this time.

Although we hope that this problem is temporary, at this time we would like to offer you a free reshipment of your product, please feel free to speak to one of our representatives on the telephone numbers below if you wish to discuss your options.

We are aware of the inconvenience this situation may cause and assure you that we are investing all efforts legally to rectify the situation.

For any further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Of course, now, I realize the huge mistake I made thinking I could get prescription medication from this site. I did my research AFTER the fact & read many messages about people either not getting their orders or getting fake pills. I learned my lesson & will continue to fight for my refund, but I am not hopeful. DO NOT believe the website testimonials or the #1 in USA for prescriptions.

I am going to call my credit card company to dispute the charges & hopefully will get a refund that way. I will update my report if anything changes or the company does, in fact, provide a refund to me.
