I ordered the WU-Tea weight loss program, extended my trial to 42 days because of no weight loss.

My "Visa" card turns up with a $29.95 charge for one box of tea and $16.95 for a subscription to a "living lean magazine". I e-mailed them to cancel everything and was informed that I would be charged for three shipments of Tea plus the magazine sub.

I e-mailed them back that I would cancel the charge on my "Visa" card unless my cc account was credited and we could go into arbitration if they so desired.

Hey have now only charged me with one box of tea and I still must negotiate with the magazine publisher.

What a mess. My advice is to stay away from them.
