I too wanted to try out the pills for $3.95. However about a month later I received charges for $89.31 on my debit card which overdrew my bank account. I am contacting my lawyer and am having them call the company as well as send them a letter demanding $500.00 for fraudulent product charges, overdraft fees and time wasted on this matter. If they refuse, I am threatening to file a class-action lawsuit.

If they try to tell you that the re-order information is disclosed on the website, tell them that it is deceitfully listed under the heading: "The Benefits of Purifying Your Body" and in no way is disclosed properly. The opening paragraph talks about the benefits THEN, it is followed with the mention of your credit card being charged on a monthly basis if you don't opt out. The whole paragraph is mislabeled. The ladder should have a paragraph all to itself with a proper heading like, "Terms and Conditions." When I do click on Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the site, no where does it mention re-occurring charges to your credit card. Also it says on the home page that this product has been seen on The New York Times, NBC, ABC, MSN, Fox News, CNN, CBS and the Associated Press. I don't have time to investigate this but is someone does please check it out and post your findings.

I will keep you informed on what happens after my lawyer makes contact with them.in the meantime, I am going into my branch office with a print out of all the complaints on this website against them and demand that they reverse the charges immediately.
