Wu-YI Source
Phony 14-day trial

Health & Medicine

I ordered the wu - yi source tea and they told me I had a 14 day trial well in short the product arrived on June 3rd and they billed me in full on June 11th a total of 8 days and refuse to take off the charges because the computer generated the bill based on the day I was supposed to recieve the package.

I was not aware that I was being charge so early because the ups man delivered the product on the 3rd of june as I stated but he put it under a shed that I do not visit so I found it by chance only 5 days ago.

I called and explianed and they informed me that they were aware that my 14 day trial was not up according to the day that the ups man delivered the package but because the computer did it according to the day I should have recieved it my money cannot be returned.

The terms and conditions state that the 14 day trial begins the day of reciept which should be the 3rd which was the documented date of the ups services.

I am reporting this because I am a teacher's aide who is extremly overweight and I make $685 a month I was going to try this in hopes that it would help I have not even tried the product and I am being billed prematurly and this transaction will have cost me $70 even after they return my $29.95in about 7 days.

So if you are a hard working person who values your money beware if something should happen to the ups services and the package is delayed and arrive several days after the supposed delivery date you will be billed before you can acctually get to try the product.
