Unauthorized charges to your credit card, Horrible customer service

I wish I had checked this website BEFORE I ordered from Bender Ball. It is clear that they have a policy of automatically registering one-time buyers into a monthly program, and without your agreement or knowledge charging your credit card monthly for junk you didn't order. They clearly don't care when you call, putting you on hold for 20 minutes and then havng rude and hard to understand customer service people who do not help you. It took several months of hassle to get a credit for some of the charges. I was still robbed - and it is definately theft. I can't beleve they are still in business.
