False advertising and a fraud!

Every prescription I get or my friends would get, there is absolutely NO SAVINGS! Actually that's not true. There was one prescription that cost $78.75 without the Peoples Prescription Plan, and with the card the drugs cost $78.49. Wow! What great savings!
I have been trying to use this card for over 3 months now. My local pharmacy said, "I've rarely seen any discount to speak of with that card!"
