Company is a ripoff

I ordered from Fixfitness on 01/09/08, right after my order they sent me an email stating they thought I would be happier with a differnt product and were willing to "UPGRADE" to a stronger diet pill, I declined and advised I wanted the item I had order. After four weeks of no order and numerous attempts by me to make contact with the company by Phone, Email and their website, (the email was no longer good,) the phone went unanswered and the web site said it was under constructsion.

In the fourth week they provide a new email address, however I decided to have credit card company cancel the order. I sent a rather blunt Email to them stating that due to their lack of response and the fact it was over a month since I had ordered from them i would be canceling my order.

Two weeks AFTER the credit card company canceled the order and my money was refunded, I recieved a form email from them that they were sorry for any delays and would be sending my order out. I repleid to them that the order had been cancled and I would no longer be using their site. Two weeks after that a bottle of their "upgrade" pills showed up and the invoice showed they were $20 more then what I had orginally ordered. I sent another Email to them stating that I hope they didnt go and charge my credit card for an order that I had already canceled, not to mention the fact that if i had decided to keep the order they sent the wrong item and charged me more money. I advised them that I would gladly return the product at their expense and would wait for a check or prepaid package to ship it in. I never heard back from them.

A week later I recieved a letter from my credit card company stating that FIxfitness wa fight my complaint buy saying I recieved my order. I pointed out to the credit card company that they sent me the two weeks after I cancled and the wrong item to boot and thought it might be considered fraud. My credit card company has so far sided with me.
