Cheaters... Rip offs

I received an email on friday may 16th regarding a free trial of their product colon cleanse and i thought for 3.95 it was worth it to try it. It stated that you should receive your product within 4-6 days. Well as of the 29th of may i still had not received the product so i tried to call the customer service number several times (7 to be exact) only to be hung up on. When after an hour or better i finally got threw to someone who said that the product was on backorder. Now i had already checked with my credit card company and the charge posted on the 19th of may. I requested that any and all future orders be cancelled and that if any more charges were charged to my credit card i would be contacting my attorney. The young man that i spoke with was to me very rude and quite short with me and eventually hung up on me. I will not and would not advise anyone to order from this company again. This is not proper customer service to me.
