I subsequently contact LA Exercise company office @ 1-888-890-9840, pushed "0" and described I had a need to talk w/somebody about fitness, got a repetition and described my discomfort w/local gym in trying to stop. He mentioned he might stop INSTANTLY over telephone upon confirming my own info. You should not offer n/local gym or even worse, administration of Body of Change.
