Bad dye jo

I went in for a color and highlight. I discussed whether to go lighter or not with the stylist and she persuaded me to go lighter. However, she just put on the dye and went about chatting and doing other things, forgetting about me. She came back once to check on it, and said it wasn't done yet. (I had to remind her to put conditioner on) When the hair was done, it was way way darker than my hair when I came in. At the end, she asked me whether I liked it, I said it was ok. I was charged $60.
