Worst company eve

In the past 6 months I have been trying to change my birthdate and update basic information. I have paid my bill, phoned them numerous times, and yet still they cannot update my information correctly. I am embarressed each and every visit to the doctor or drug store. They have pawned me off to other branches of their company without telling me. And now finally, as if they could guess where my fustration would lead, I find out my plan was terminated 3 months ago! Except ive been riding a motorcycle everyday uninsured, and it took a trip to walgreens to find out! No mail, no Phone call. They are not open weekends, so I guess I should walk tommorow to be on the safe side.

Atrocious!!!
