I made the mistake of paying up front for 6 months of sessions. I went through 5 trainers in less than 2 months, and did not receive any of the help they promised.
In addition, their employees were not trained, unprofessional, and usually only lasted for 2-3 weeks.
When I complained, and tried to get a refund, I was jerked around for over a month. It took me over a week to find a contact number online, and even after threatening them with laywers and the BBB, NO response a month later!
DO NOT sign any kind of contract with this company, they will not provide you with anything they promise and their customer service is the WORST!
