United Benefits Of America
They lied about the benefits that were on the plan

Health & Medicine

My x wife had a liver transplant in June. This was due to a allergic reaction to a prescription drug Depakote that was given to her by her doctor, and the doctor never told her to get her liver levels checked. So now that she recieved a whopping $750 from SSD, Medicaid dropped her and my two kids from medical. So since she has a pre existing condition, no regular insurance company will take her.

So I got a call from Jeff Barton from United Benefits of America, of Brentwood, TN 800-608-4471 ext 213, who sold me a plan. The big things were the prescription drugs that she has to take, and he told me under one of thier plans that it would be a $50 co pay a month for the pills, I was happy with that. He also said a couple of other lies about the medical plan he sold me, like her labs were unlimited, and there is only 5 visits per year, and she needs them once a month. She is allowed 10 doctor visits a year and she is only allowed 5.

This has put her in a bad situation, her pills are about $2400 a month CASH PRICE, and there is no way she can pay that. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I have been trying to get a hold of thier customer service for 75 minutes and going after they are saying there is a 30 minute wait.

She needs help, if you know of any way please e mail me at chris (redacted for security purposes)
