Will not refund money on return

Received bundle of two containers that we haven't exposed and named the organization at 888-765-5557. I told the individual I needed to stop my consideration and that I desired to return the merchandise that I'd only received. She stated my consideration was ended after which explained to visit: colonSmartcleanser.com/cancelphp. I attempted to go towards the website however it was a no-go. That site doesn't occur and so I went the the purchasing site and at the end of the site it's a location to stop and results. The return is just for that test container and never any more deliveries. This isn't reasonable at-all since should you return an item that's not really been exposed you-can't obtain a return. The total amount I had been billed was $88.97 to my Credit. Please could anybody do something about that my cash is from the fixed-income and that I need every penny.
