Performed unauthorized charge on my credit card & when called their number, was cut off

While looking for more information on this company, AllurePatch, I came across this site where I see that another individual also received an unauthorized package from AllurePatch.

I tried calling the toll-free number that the person before me had left and listened to elevator music for about 15 minutes only to be answered by an automated voice telling me that all operators were busy and to call back... Then I was cut off!

Not sure what to do now. I received the package today... Return to sender?
